Protein Bio Activity	Immobilized Human ICOS (C136S, C137S) , His Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human B7-H2, with the EC₅₀ of 8.9 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
