Description	Balb/3T3 cells are established from a BALB/c mouse embryo. Balb/3T3 cells are extremely sensitive to contact inhibition of cell division, grow at a high dilution, exhibit a low saturation density and are highly susceptible to transformation in tissue culture by the oncogenic DNA virus, SV40, and murine sarcoma virus.
Formulation	Liquid. In SDS-PAGE Sample Buffer (0.12M Tris-HCl pH6.8, 0.4% SDS, 5% Glycerol, 1% beta-mercaptoethanol, 0.02% Bromophenol blue)
Lysate QC	Western Blot analyzed by both GAPDH and Beta tubulin antibody
Preparation before usage	Heat lysate to 95C for 5 minutes and rapidly cooling before use.
Storage	Aliquot the lysate into single tube and then storing them -80C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
