FastSCRIPT™ cDNA Synthesis Kit

The FastSCRIPT™ cDNA Synthesis Kit contains everything you need to generate unbiased, efficient, sensitive and high-quality cDNA for your downstream experiments. Our kit removes the need for user optimization, making it an ideal solution due to its robust performance and ease of use. The kit contains a proprietary M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase (RT) molecule blended with an optimized RNase inhibitor, a mix that is both thermostable and extremely active. This RTase mix synthesizes cDNA at a temperature range of 45-55° C, providing increased specificity, higher yields of cDNA, and more full-length product than other reverse transcriptases. The relative concentrations of random hexamers and anchored oligo(dT) primers have been designed specifically to generate cDNA optimized for use in Real-Time PCR experiments. The FastSCRIPT cDNA Synthesis Kit can be used with total or poly(A)+ RNA, miRNA and viral RNA targets and provides sensitive detection of low copy number transcripts.
