Intented use	For the quantitative determination of Human TIM-3 / HAVCR2 concentration in serum.

Sample values	The average concentration of Human TIM-3 detected in 10 human serum from apparently healthy people is 3.8 +/- 1.2ng/mL ranging from 2.3 to 5.3 ng/mL.
Specificity	This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human TIMD3. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
Interference	Preparations of GST-Xa-Ab1/42 at 20 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human TIMD3 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
