Storage	This antibody can be stored at 2C-8C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20C to -80C. Preservative-Free. Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Preparation	Human CD3 (humanized OKT3) Antibody is a humanized antibody of Orthoclone OKT3. Orthoclone OKT3 is an immunosuppressant drug given to reduce acute rejection in patients with organ transplants. It is a monoclonal antibody targeted at the CD3 receptor, a membrane protein on the surface of T cells. It was the first monoclonal antibody to be approved for clinical use in humans.
