UltraBlock-Synthetic Blocking Buffer ‘Ready to Use’

UltraBlock-Synthetic™ Blocking Buffer is an enhanced blocking buffer formulation designed for ELISA’s
that require superior blocking strength. This novel and proprietary formulation of small synthetic blocking
molecules will reduce the amount of non-specific binding of the enzyme-labeled conjugates to the plate
surface in direct and sandwich ELISA formats. The synthetic inert blockers in this formulation block both
the nonspecific binding sites on the plate bound protein and uncoated regions of the micro ELISA wells
that are inaccessible to traditional mammalian blocking reagents, making UltraBlock-Synthetic™ the
blocking buffer of choice to minimize background conditions.
