IHC-Tek DAB Chromogen Substrate Single Component 50 ml

This DAB Chromogen Substrate One-Component Solution is specially formulated, pre-mixed and ready to use solution. There is no need to mix and it can be directly used for immunohistochemical staining of tissue sections, cultured cells or whole mount samples. The reagent produces a crisp and clean intense brown reaction product for HRP labeled antibodies or detection systems. The end product is insoluble in alcohol. Stained slides may be mounted in any commercially available mounting media. This product is stable for 3 months at 4 C.
