Description	0.1-10 kbp DNA Marker contains 17 DNA fragments ranging from 100 to 10, 000 base pairs. The 1, 000 and 3, 000 bands have increased intensity and serve as reference points. Suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. Contains Bromophenol Blue and Xylene Caynol FF as tracking dyes.
Storage	Store at 4 C for up to 12 months, or at -20 C for up to 24 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Buffer	10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 10 mM EDTA, Bromophenol Blue and Xylene Caynol FF.
