Application notes:	ELISA (recommended work dilution= 1: 128, 000) , Western Blotting (recommended work dilution= 1: 1, 000-5, 000) , Immunodetection Analysis: Representative blot from a previous lot. Product Description	Beta-Nerve growth factor(beta-NGF) belongs to protein Nerve growth factor which important for to nerve cells in growth, maintenance, and survival of certain target neurons.
Immunogen	The immunogen was a recombinant protein. This antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with the immunogen. The IgG fraction was purified from rabbit serum followed by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
