Protein Description	Recombinant Human CD40 Ligand/CD154/CD40L/TNFSF5 Protein is produced by Human Cell expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met113-Leu261) of human CD40 Ligand/CD154/CD40L/TNFSF5 (Accession #P29965).
Protein Bio Activity	Measured in a cell proliferation assay using B cell-enriched peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in the presence of IL-4. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 1-3 μg/mL in the presence of 20 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-4.
