SARS-CoV Nucleocapsid A2 316-324 (HLA-A*02:01)

Coronavirus disease 2019, known as COVID-19, is an infectious desease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), a virus closely related to the SARS virus. The virus structure consists of RNA, membrane glycoprotein (M), hemagglutinin-esterease dimer (HE), envelope protein (E), nucleocapsid protein (N), spike protein (S) and others. The nucleocapsid protein has different functions in the coronavirus replication cycle. SARS-CoV Nucleocapsid A2 138-150 (HLA-A*02:01) is a linear peptidic epitope studied as part of nucleoprotein from severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus. This peptide has been tested for immune reactivity in T cell assays and MHC ligand assays.
