The vector of anti-Survivin T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human Survivin. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing Survivin-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of diseases involving malignant cells expressing survivin.
