Product Description	Diacerein (Diacerhein) is an orally active IL-1β inhibitor with anti-inflammatory and anti-asthma activities. Diacerein can be mediated by inhibiting voltage-dependent L-type Ca2+ channels and promoting large-conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels. Mobilization of extracellular and intracellular calcium leads to relaxation of precontracted mouse airway smooth muscle. Diacerein inhibits IL-1β injury to chondrocytes, enhances AGC and COL2, and reduces COL1 mRNA levels[1][2].
