Description	Rutin, a flavonol glycoside found in many plants, including buckwheat, tobacco, forsythia, hydrangea, viola, etc. It has been used therapeutically to decrease capillary fragility. Rutin is the glycoside between the flavonol quercetin and the disaccharide rutinose. Rutin can be created by bonding a disaccharide onto the hydroxyl group of Quercetin. [1]
