Specificity Note:	This product recognises the human CD10 cell surface antigen a 100kD glycoprotein also known as CALLA (common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia antigen). CD10 is expressed on a variety of cell types including immature and germinal centre B cells lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and also on the brush border of kidney epithelial cells.
Immunohistology:	This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH6. 0 is recommended for this purpose. Histology: Tonsil Intestine or kidney
