Description	Red Blood Cell Lysing Buffer, containing ammonium chloride, is formulated to lyse RBC from human and murine samples while leaving the lymphocytes intact. This buffer, supplied at 10X dilution, should be diluted to 1X to produce the desired effect
Formulation	Aqueous ammonium chloride based buffer without sodium azide.
Application Notes	The 10X RBC Lysis Buffer has been tested on normal human peripheral blood followed by flow cytometric analysis. Please refer to the protocol for Lysing Red Blood Cells.
