Working Concentration

It is recommended that working dilutions be prepared fresh daily. WB: 1:5, 000 - 1:50, 000ELISA: 1:5, 000 - 1:50, 000Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
