Bacteria Genomic DNA Kit (No RNase A)

Bacteria Genomic DNA Kit uses lysozyme and moderate lysis buffer to lyse cells, with Proteinase K used for digesting protein and RNase A used for digesting RNA. DNA is specifically bound to silicabased column in hypersaline environment, and then DNA iseluted by low salt and high pH solution (maximal elution efficiency is obtained at pH 7.0-pH 8.5). This kit is suitable for isolating high quality genomic DNA from Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The isolated DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction enzyme digestion and Southern Blotting.
