Molecule Mass	The recombinant mouse CD86 consists of 233 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 26.8 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm CD86 is approximately 40-55 kDa due to glycosylation.
