Antibodies and antigens coated to polystyrene plates are commonly denatured or rendered non-functional and non-recognizable during plate drying. UltraCoat II™ ELISA Plate Coating Buffer helps stabilize immobilized proteins to preserve three dimensional structure and functionality.
