Description	Recombinant Human B7-H3 (4Ig)/B7-H3b Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Gly27-Thr461.
Background	B7-H3, a member of the B7 family of immunomodulatory molecules, is overexpressed in a wide range of solid cancers.B7-H3 binds to activated T cells via an as yet unidentified receptor. In assays using sub-optimal amount so anti-CD3 stimulation, 2Ig‑B7‑H3 enhances T cell proliferation, T cell interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) production, and cytotoxic T cells induction.

Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 73.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Stability and Storage	-20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt.； -80°C for 3-6 months after reconstitution.； 2-8°C for 2-7 days after reconstitution.； Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
