Cephalexin (Cefalexin) hydrochloride has antibacterial activity against a wide variety of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Cephalexin (Cefalexin) hydrochloride targets penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) to inhibit bacterial cell wall assembly.
