Specificity Note:	This product recognises the human CD30 cell surface antigen a 120kD glycoprotein. CD30 is expressed by some activated T lymphocytes and also by Reed Sternberg cells of Hodgkin\' s disease and in cases of anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
Immunohistology:	This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium Citrate buffer pH6. 0 is recommended for this purpose. Histology: Hodgkins lymphoma tissue
