This antibody is prediluted for Immunohistochemistry use. The prediluted antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. For paraffin-embedded tissue sections we recommend an incubation time and temperature of 30 minutes at 37C for this antibody when used in conjunction with \' s immunoperoxidase staining kit. *Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Characteristic of a type of small (30-80 nm) neurosecretory vesicles including presynaptic vesicles but also vesicles of various neuroendocrine cells of both neuronal and epithelial phenotype.

Ubiquitinated; mediated by SIAH1 or SIAH2 and leading to its subsequent proteasomal degradation (By similarity).
