To insure lot to lot consistency each batch of product is tested by flow cytometry to conform with the characteristics of a standard reference reagent. Representative data are included in this data sheet.

Product: Mouse Anti-Feline CD5-R-PEPeripheral blood mononuclear cells from a healthy domestic cat were double-stained with mouse anti-feline CD4-FITC (Cat. No. 8130-02) and mouse anti-feline CD5-R-PE. Small lymphocytes were then gated and analyzed by two-color flow cytometry on a FACScan? flow cytometry (BDIS San Jose CA).

Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin eyes or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions.
