Description	Mouse IgG1 FITC-conjugated isotype control is intended for, in vitro, use to identify the amount of nonspecific binding of mouse monoclonal antibodies on human cells by flow cytometric methods.
Formulation	Liquid in 4 mg/ml BSA + 0.02 M sodium phosphate + 0.3 M NaCl + 0.1% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Storage and Stability	Store at 2-4C in the dark. Bring reagents to room temperature (22C +/- 3C) before use. Avoid direct exposure to light during incubation and prior to analysis. Do Not Freeze.
Application Information	Nonspecific binding in flow cytometric methods of various diseases.
