Concentration	1 mg/ml
Description	Reacts with native form of human HLA-G on the cell surface as well as with soluble HLA-G molecule in its a2-microglobulin associated form. Specific reaction was demonstrated with cells transfected with either full-length HLA-G and HLA-G1 complementary DNA.
Formulation	Fluorscein isothiocyante-conjugated formulation. Liquid. PBS containing 15 mM sodium azide, pH 7.4. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Recombinant human HLA-G refolded with beta2-microglobulin and peptide.
Storage and Stability	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Store at +4 C for 3 months. For long-term storage aliquot and store at -20 C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
