Description	This antibody recognizes human CD56 antigen present on NK cells, 180 kDa. MEM-188 reacts with 180 kDa isoform characteristic for leucocytes.
Formulation	100 ug / 0.5 ml antibody solution containing sodium-azide. A highly purified grade of BSA has been added as a stabilizing protein to bring the final protein concentration to 4-5 mg/ml. Minimum number of tests: 100. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Reconstitution	This antibody has been titrated for application in flow cytometry. Approximately 5 ul is required per 106 cells.
Storage and Stability	Store undiluted antibody at 2-8C.NEVER STORE FROZEN Fluorochrome conjugates should be stored in the dark and direct exposure to light should be avoided during handling and cell staining. It is recommended that cells be analyzed within 18 hours of staining. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted.
