Description	This antibody recognizes human CD80 antigen (B7, BB1) expressed on activated B cells, activated T cells and macrophages, about 60 kDa (highly glycosylated molecule).
Formulation	The purified antibody is conjugated with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions. The reagent is free of unconjugated FITC and adjusted for direct use. No reconstitution is necessary.
Immunogen	CD80 fusion protein
Storage and Stability	Store at +4 C for 12 months. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.. Storage buffer: PBS containing BSA* and 15 mM sodium azide (pH 7.4) Suitable for 100 tests. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
