Formulation	The purified antibody is conjugated with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions. The reagent is free of unconjugated FITC and adjusted for direct use. No reconstitution is necessary. Storage Buffer: PBS containing BSA and 15 mM sodium azide (pH 7.4). Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Storage and Stability	Store at +4 C for 12 months. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
Specificity	The antibody reacts with CD4 antigen, a transmembrane glycoprotein (59 kDa) of the immunoglobulin supergene family present on subset of T lymphocytes ("helper/inducer" T cells) and also expressed at a lower level on monocytes and granulocytes. Gene location: human chromosome 12p13.31
