Concentration	1 mg/ml
Formulation	The purified antibody is conjugated with R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE) under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography and adjusted for direct use. No reconstitution is necessary. Storage Buffer: PBS containing BSA and 15 mM sodium azide (pH 7.4) Suitable for 100 tests. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Pre-B cell line NALM-6.
Reconstitution	Depending on the technique to be used a working dilution has to be tested beforehand.
Storage and Stability	Store at +4 C for 12 months. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
Specificity	CD71 antigen (transferrin receptor). The antibody does not block binding of transferrin to the receptor.
