Purification method	This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Background	CD70, a cytokine and also known as CD27 ligand, is a member of the tumor necrosis family. As a cytokine, CD70 plays a role in regulating B cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin synthesis. Non-small cell lung cancer research has shown that CD70 increases the survivability of tumor cells and T cells by signaling through its receptor CD27.

Storage	This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
