Purification method
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution
The CD3 complex is present on thymocytes and mature T-lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested.
Background
CD3 subunits gamma, delta and epsilon are required for proper assembly, trafficking and surface expression of the TCR complex.
