Description	Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid votex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose), and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles.

Protein Description	Recombinant Mouse ICAM-1/CD54 Protein is produced by HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln28-Asn485) of mouse ICAM-1/CD54 (Accession #NP_034623.1. ) fused with an Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Protein Bio Activity	Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of THP-1 cells. When cells are added to ICAM-1 coated plates (12.5 μg/mL, 100 μL/well), approximately >80% cells will adhere specifically after 60 minutes at 37 ℃.
