Protein Description	Recombinant Mouse Pro-EGF Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Trp29-Arg1029) of mouse Pro-EGF (Accession #NP_034243.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Protein Bio Activity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Mouse pro-EGF at 200 ng/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human EGFR with a linear range of 5-12 ng/mL.
